Why this directory exists
George WA Hotels is an independent guide to places to stay near the Gorge Amphitheatre. I'm Bryan, and I put it together because planning a Gorge weekend raises the same questions every time: where will we sleep, how far is it, can we park overnight, and how do we get back after the show. This site tries to answer them in one place.
I host guests at a cabin of my own on the other side of the country, so I know how much a trip depends on the details that are easy to miss when you book: guest limits, minimum stays, check-in times and the drive at the end of a long night. Those are the things this guide pays attention to.
This is an independent local guide. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by or operated by the Gorge Amphitheatre or Live Nation, and it is not a hotel or a booking agent. It does not sell tickets, camping passes, parking or glamping. Those are sold only through the venue's official channels. When a page talks about a venue rule, I link to the venue's own page and print the date I last checked it, because policies change and the official page is the one to trust.
How the listings work: each place to stay is shown with its distance in miles from the venue, its rating and its own contact details. A basic listing is free. Some properties may pay for a featured spot, and every paid placement carries a visible "Sponsored" label. I do not own any property listed on this site.
Rates, availability and minimum stays belong to each property, so contact them directly before you book.
If you spot something out of date or want to suggest a place, write to me at [email protected]. I read every note.
How listings are vetted
Every place to stay on this site starts from public business records for hotels, motels, inns, bed and breakfasts, vacation rentals, campgrounds and RV parks in the towns around the Gorge Amphitheatre. We keep places that are open and have guest reviews, leave out ones that are closed, no longer active or not open to overnight guests, and merge duplicates. Each listing shows its rating, its review count and its distance in miles from the venue.
The details on each listing, such as a pool, a hot tub, a kitchen, a pet policy, RV hookups or a shuttle to shows, come from the property's own website. When the website does not say, the listing says "not enough info" rather than guessing. Rates, availability and minimum stays change often, so we leave them to the property: call or book with them directly. The publisher does not own any property on this site, and every paid placement carries a visible Sponsored label.
Right now that is 156 places to stay in 10 Washington cities, last refreshed 2026-10-16.
Owners can claim their listing for free. Every claim is checked by a person: a real local business, a matching email domain or a call to the number on the Google listing. Paid placements are marked as featured, premium or best-of wherever they appear.
